Asit Kaul, Founder & Chief Coach
Asit is a certified coach from the Coach Training Alliance (ICF Accredited) and a PhD Candidate in Management at Carleton University. His research investigates how organizations and consumers adopt AI and robotics through the intersecting lenses of personality, culture, and identity. He has authored several research papers and serves as a reviewer for leading academic conferences, including the Academy of Management and the Administrative Sciences Association of Canada.
With fifteen years of industry experience, Asit managed global operations and high-impact portfolios (~$700M), partnering with senior executives and cross-functional teams while supporting over 15,000 employees across five continents. These experiences shape his coaching philosophy, which blends strategic insight with evidence-based frameworks for leaders, professionals, creatives, and individuals alike.
As an international keynote and motivational speaker, Asit delivers engaging talks on AI, robotics, leadership, communication, unlocking potential, and building meaningful lives.
